Planning Ahead – Chinese New Year

OX.png

There is no such thing as too much preparation especially when it’s our biggest event of the year! Even though Chinese New Year is not until February 2021, the planning has begun and we need YOU. Join a fun group of motivated parents to bring an entertaining show to life for our community.

Next year’s event will be an all new virtual “Variety Show” and we are looking for:

  • CNY T-Shirt Design Submissions: please submit a design that incorporates an original image of the Ox, Happy New Year 2021 in traditional Chinese, DragonSprouts.org or the DragonSprouts logo by November 15

  • Raffle Donations Items: gift cards, goods, services, volunteers to solicit raffle items from businesses

  • Video and Sound Editors: all levels, from professional to MI parents and older MI students (8th grade and up) comfortable with iMovie or other editing programs. We need help editing together 3-to-5 minute videos during December and early January.

  • IT Support (recording Zoom sessions)

Contact nihao@dragonsprouts.org with volunteer ideas and t-shirt submissions!
